It does get tiresome to hear "Wonder Woman pulled an insane skill/speed feat by herself that would be impressive even for The Flash", or "Surviving the destruction of the universe is not enough to survive Green Lantern", or "Black Canary/Batman/Robin/whomever tangles with DC heavy hitters even though they're physically supposed to be a regular human".Īnd of course, this nonsense just defeated 80's cartoon nonsense, so it's disheartening. Miles (and Static initially wasn't created to exist in the DC Universe, which probably explains why he wasn't so OP). That said, the use of comics characters during this season hasn't been very exciting, outside of Static vs. Pitting the likes of Green Lantern against Ben 10 can lead to fun discussions on how powers interact (and I still want to see Kingpin vs. I'm honestly OK with them using Marvel/DC characters. Blocking trillions of objects at once is a grotesque feat, even if they weren't fast-falling from space. I guess it was too much to hope that DC actually lose a match.
